All engagements are managed from Coherent Solutions Minneapolis, MN office. The company’s facility in Minsk, Belarus serves as its offshore development center. The company operates its engagements utilizing a so-called "blended model" where local and offshore resources are mixed together as is appropriate for the customer's needs.
Project Management, Business Analysis, and Architecture roles are typically staffed from the Minneapolis office in order to take advantage of the efficiencies critical in these roles that are afforded by close proximity to clients. Design, Development, and Testing roles are typically staffed via the Development Center in Minsk.
In addition to providing ‘front end’ roles, Coherent Solutions’ Minneapolis office provides ongoing service delivery management by assigning a dedicated Delivery Manager to each engagement. The role of the Delivery Manager is to provide a structured environment that facilitates effective communications and ensures high quality service delivery. This role typically requires a part-time presence onsite at the client and it is staffed by experienced consultants with technical and project management backgrounds. The strong relationships between our Delivery Managers and the teams in Minsk are a vital tool in aiding our capacity to quickly establish productivity.
