Coherent Solutions was founded in 1995 in Minneapolis, MN by Igor Epshteyn who acts as its sole owner and CEO. In 2003 Igor established an offshore development center in his native town, Minsk, Belarus and tapped the services of his long-time friend Alexandre Schneerson to act as its General Manager. The facility operates under the name Issoft Solutions in Belarus and is a sister company to Coherent Solutions.
