Coherent Solutions was founded in 1995 in Minneapolis, MN by Igor Epshteyn who acts as its sole owner and CEO. In 2003 Igor established an offshore development center in his native town, Minsk, Belarus and in 2004 he tapped the services of his long-time friend Alexandre Schneerson to act as its General Manager. The facility in Minsk operates under the name ISSOFT in Belarus and is a sister company to Coherent Solutions.
Coherent Solutions delivers its services through a combination of U.S.-based resources and offshore resources located in its Development Center in Minsk. Coherent Solutions’ model promotes flexibility in serving its clients. This approach allows customers to choose the model that best fits the needs of their business and technology environment.
