Coherent Solutions' Minneapolis office provides project management, architecture, business analysis and development services for our clients. We take great pride in the experience, commitment, and talent of our U.S. team of 20 delivery professionals on site in Minneapolis.
Our Minsk office serves as the company's offshore development center, performing architecture, design, development, and quality assurance activities. Our highly skilled and loyal offshore team currently consists of more than 150 employees.

Igor Epshteyn - CEO and President
Igor has been an entrepreneur, technical architect, business strategist, and project manager in the information technology industry since 1988. As a teenager, Igor started and sold his first company in his native Belarus. As the founder of Coherent Solutions, Igor is responsible for its operational and strategic management. Igor holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Minsk Institute of Radio Technology.
Maksim (Max) Belov - CTO
In his role as CTO Max is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Coherent Solutions’ technology services. Max has over a decade of software development and technology management experience. He is an accomplished architect and an expert in distributed systems design and implementation. Max holds a master's degree in Theoretical Computer Science from Moscow State University.
Robert (Rob) Duff – Vice President of Service Delivery
Rob has worked in the consulting industry since 1992. At Coherent he is responsible for managing the delivery of all services to clients. His prior experiences include management consulting, technical architecture, and program/project management. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Alexandre (Sasha) Schneerson - General Manager, Minsk Development Center
Sasha manages Coherent Solutions’ development center in Minsk, Belarus. He has over 18 years of experience in business management in a broad range of industries, including law, printing, and software development. He holds a degree in law from Belarus State University and has held director-level positions at various businesses in Minsk including LIT, PRINTCORP, and STARPRINT.
Gennadiy (Gena) Cherkes - Technical Director, Minsk Development Center
Gena has over 24 years of experience in the information technology industry. Software systems developed by him or under his direction are operating in literally thousands of workplaces throughout the world. Gena is responsible for staff management, delivery assurance, and technical strategy for Coherent Solutions’ development center in Minsk. Gena holds a degree in math from Belarus State University.
