Coherent Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. .Net Developer. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or relevant work experience including: 8+ years of software development experience. Candidates must have ability to identify and analyze requirements and they should be able to design, develop and support high-quality solutions. Candidate must be motivated to continue to learn new technologies and to creatively apply them to build a solution. Other critical skills include the ability to work in a team environment; build partnerships with business clients; develop innovative technical approaches; diagnose and resolve problem causes; and manage competing priorities. Effective communication with peers and management will be critical to success in this role. Candidates must also be able to quickly absorb complex business functionality and be capable of operating effectively in a diverse technical environment. Although a majority of our work is based locally, candidates must be willing and able to travel as much as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer using Microsoft technology
• A deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, application delivery in the .NET model, e.g., .NET Framework, CLR, XML, web services and associated technologies and standards
• Working knowledge of specialized application tool and library providers whether they be Microsoft partners or competitors
• Excellent object oriented analyst/design/development skills
• Experience implementing advanced Design Patterns
• Independent problem solver and self-directed
• Ability to lead a team of developers through the entire SLDC-from requirements gathering to application launch
• Ability to interact with clients to establish application and systems requirements for assigned projects
• Exceptional demonstrated solution consulting skills and the ability to frequently consult with customer executives of all levels
• Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of actually doing all phases of an application delivery project
• An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms
• Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel
