Coherent Solutions is seeking for a Sr. Project Manager with hands-on development experience. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the IT industry. Candidates will be responsible for the management and direction of large, complex projects or the simultaneous management multiple smaller projects. They will manage overall relationships with clients and have frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to communicate status and provide direction. Other activities will include budget management, scope management, issue management and resolution, team building, schedule definition, delivery assurance, and overall project management. Although a majority of our work is based locally, candidates must be willing and able to travel as much as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Desired Skills/Experience

• 5-10 years Project Management Experience. Experience in a consulting environment is preferable.
• 3 - 5 years of strategic development experience with evidence of significant client impact (strong relationships, influence over direction) and value creation
• Implementation of large projects or multiple, concurrent smaller projects with aggregate team size of 10 - 30 people.
• Experience in leading multiple teams leveraging people throughout the firm
• Experience interfacing with senior management
• Hands-on experience producing functional and/or technical design deliverables defined by formal structured methodology
• Ability to monitor project margin and ensures it stays in alignment with targets
• Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills backed by excellent references
• Keen attention to detail
