Coherent Solutions is a rapidly growing technology consulting and outsourcing company. We are looking for seasoned, aggressive sales professional. This individual will work directly with clients to sell technology services and projects, including outsourcing solutions. Must have at least three years experience in technical sales, be comfortable in a fast paced and hard work environment. Ideal candidate will have systems and software familiarity and/or strong roots in the Twin Cities I.T. community. Candidates should have a minimum of four-year college degree, be intelligent and possess a strong drive to be the best.

Position Description
A client-focused position with a primary concentration on generating, selling and shaping outsourcing solutions. Link together qualified experts to support, shape and close deals. Coordinate and collect input to provide a comprehensive proposal for customers and ensure profitability in deals pricing.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Qualify and continually develop sales pipelines
  • End-to-end responsibility for selling and managing the deal cycle
  • Manage and execute against the sales strategy, including appropriate mix of direct and indirect lead generation approaches
  • Coordinate work streams and outputs of members of Client Teams
  • Supervise the deal shape and solution activities
  • Plan for and/or facilitate client meetings related to the deal
  • Negotiate strategy and oversee the construction of a team
  • Ensure deal propositions are commercially attractive to both the client and Coherent Solutions, while incorporating applicable risk premiums

Education:
  • BA/BS is required
  • MBA is preferred

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record sales and sales leadership, ideally for outsourcing services

  • Strong C-Level selling skills
  • Deal shape expertise, proven ability to develop value propositions, deal pursuit budgeting and financial control
  • Ability to adapt to varying work-styles and priorities
