Coherent performs delivery management for its engagements from either its U.S. or European offices depending on the location of the customer. Dedicated Delivery Managers are assigned to each customer. The role of the Delivery Manager is to provide a structured environment that facilitates alignment between the Coherent team and the customer and ensures high quality service delivery.
The role is staffed by experienced consultants with technical and project management backgrounds. The strong relationships between our Delivery Managers and the teams in Minsk are a vital tool in aiding our capacity to quickly establish productivity.
Unlike other vendors, Coherent Solutions does not believe in so-called “throw it over the wall” projects. Customers are encouraged to interact as much as possible with the delivery personnel in the Minsk Development Center throughout the course of projects to help ensure that the final result solves their business needs. This integration reduces knowledge transfer durations, increases efficiency, improves quality, and facilitates the flexibility needed to react to changing dynamics.
