    Coherent’s Dedicated Team model is designed to create a framework that ensures successful long-term relationships with customers. We build the team to the client’s specifications, establish a structure for governance, and provide ongoing service Delivery Management to ensure the team’s performance is high and is in alignment with the customer’s business priorities.

  • The Project engagement model is used in those instances where the customer is looking to outsource a specific scope of work on a project basis.  In this scenario customer’s benefit from Coherent’s ability to deliver high quality solutions on time and on budget.
