  • Dedicated Teams are used in those situations where the customer has a steady stream of work it wishes to outsource and seeks to create a stable sourcing relationship for it. In this scenario customers benefit from Coherent’s expertise establishing and managing these globally distributed teams in a high quality/low risk manner and from Coherent’s integrated infrastructure and resource management.

  • Project Delivery is used in those instances where the customer is looking for a technology solution to a specific scope of work on a project basis.  In this scenario customer’s benefit from Coherent’s ability to deliver high quality solutions on time and on budget.
