Inside Sales Executive Position
Coherent Solutions Inc is a Minneapolis based software development outsourcing firm that creates opportunities and solves problems for its customers as they tackle the complexities of building commercial grade software. Through our permanent offices in both Minneapolis and Minsk, Belarus we offer unrivaled software development, testing, and maintenance services to technology organizations. As an inside sales representative, you will have the responsibility of developing and nurturing leads for new business through the use of cold-calling, email marketing, and personal networking. Your goal will be to generate meetings with prospects that will be handed off to the outside sales staff by educating them on our services and differentiators.

Qualified applicants should possess the following:
- High energy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to make 80-100 calls a day to C-level executives
- 2-3 years sales experience in the software or technology market space
- Capability to quickly learn our value-add prop and how clients can grow using our services
- Ability to articulate CSI’s service offerings to prospective clients
- Experience in identifying qualified leads in target markets
- A four-year college degree
