MINNEAPOLIS—April 28, 2011—Coherent Solutions, a Minneapolis-based technology consulting and outsourcing firm, with software development centers in Minsk, Belarus, has opened its first regional branch office in the United States in New York. Industry veteran John Matlosz will head up the office and serve as General Manager of the Eastern Region.
