Inside Sales Representative

Coherent Solutions is looking for an inside sales representative to work at our West End offices in Saint Louis Park, MN. The company is in the midst of rapid expansion having made the Inc 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies for seven years in a row achieving 80% revenue growth during the last three years. 

At Coherent Solutions an Inside Sales Representative will do the following:

  • Schedule face-to-face appointments with key decision makers and project groups within Coherent's target market.
  • Understand the prospect’s current technology and business environments.
  • Build ongoing relationships with key decision makers for future sales opportunities.

Performance Objectives:

  • Always meet minimum activity metrics.
  • Consistently achieve number of meetings scheduled with the right person at the right company.
  • Learn Coherent’s sales methodology, value proposition and practices.


  • In last year of earning bachelor's degree or higher
  • Has at least 3 months of sales or marketing experience in a professional setting
  • Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer. No visa sponsorships are available.
  • The ability to quickly learn.
  • A goal-oriented mindset.
  • An outgoing personality.
  • Interest in or experience with international business and/or study abroad.
  • An understanding of IT services related to custom development including .NET and Java application development, QA, Cloud, SaaS, DevOps, Mobile Applications.
