Your responsibilities
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
- Responsible for labor compliance and resulting initiatives (i.e. preparation of work regulations, remuneration regulations);
- Revise the current Policies, introduction of new ones in case required;
- Responsible for execution of company initiatives (i.e. re-offering, terminations);
- Sign off responsibilities for employee contracts and other employment related documents;
We expect
- 5+ years of experience in managerial roles in HR area in Poland (i.e. HR Manager, HRBP), ideally in IT outsourcing;
- In-depth knowledge of Polish Labor Law, payroll, migration, B2B cooperation scheme;
- Ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders in the company;
- Ability to effectively lead the team;
- Ability to work efficiently with external service providers and vendors;
- Ability to investigate, analyze and lead successful implementation of initiatives resulting from regulatory changes as well as from company initiatives;
- Advanced consultancy and communication skills;
- Being able to take full ownership of HR functional area;
- Advanced change management skills, experience in initiating and leading projects related to the creation, implementation and optimization of processes;
