As part of the company’s expansion in Poland, Wroclaw we are looking for a professional to join our team.
You as a HR Specialist will be responsible for providing HR operational and administrative support for employees as an administrator of company HR processes. You will work closely with HR Manager and General Manager in Poland as well as with Practice Leads and HR colleagues in other countries.
Your responsibilities
- Handling all employee lifecycle related data and contracts and ensuring timely and quality completion of all required steps and document preparation;
- Providing support and information to employees on their inquiries and requests;
- Managing company benefits for employees as well as administering Pension Plans (PPK) and Social Fund;
- Providing administrative support to HR Manager and General Manager in implementation of company HR policies and procedures;
- Supporting HR manager and General Manager in preparation and execution of contracts with 3rd parties (i.e. immigration offices, vendors);
- Coordinating Medical checks and Health & Safety trainings for employees;
- Working with external payroll provider (i.e. providing input data, keeping internal controls to validate the outputs);
- Performing Office management related duties (i.e. welcoming guests, handling correspondence, bookings, preparing and distributing communication to employees);
- Managing HR analytics and metrics with strong compliance to all data reporting scheme;
- Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures;
- Securing confidentiality and high quality of processed HR data;
We expect
- Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field;
- Proven work experience as a HR Administrator/Specialist/Generalist;
- Solid understanding of HR practices and Polish labor legislation;
- Experience working with various 3rd parties;
- Excellent team player;
- Attention to details in complex environment and processes;
- Fluency in English and Polish. Russian or Ukrainian language would be considered as advantage;
