Project Description
As part of an ongoing digital transformation, this role supports the implementation and enhancement of solutions across the manufacturing domain. The Business Analyst will work in an Agile environment within a cross-functional team including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Business Stakeholders. You will help scope, define, and deliver digital products and insights (including AI/ML) to optimize manufacturing processes, ERP integrations, and decision-making.

What You'll Do
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and refine user stories, process flows, and test cases in coordination with the development team.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT Global Delivery Team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Guide the team in Agile practices and Lean delivery.
- Participate in prioritization and grooming of the product backlog.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria and help stakeholders test deliveries.
- Coach junior analysts and support team alignment on Agile best practices.
- Help manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and integration needs (e.g., ERP/WMS/EDI).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects, especially in Agile BI/digital product delivery.
- Strong experience with user story creation, Agile/Scrum methodology, backlog management.
- Hands-on with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
- English: Fluent (B2+) (written and verbal).
