Our client is the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial HVAC equipment, with global headquarters in Japan and North American operations based in Minneapolis. While highly advanced in manufacturing, the company is still developing its software product capabilities. To enhance the value of its equipment, the company is investing in IoT technologies that allow customers to remotely monitor, control, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, as well as access historical performance data.
Project Description
The project supports the long-term development of an IoT Device Cloud, a system of multiple backend and configuration modules enabling connectivity and remote management of HVAC equipment. The platform is built on Azure and uses modern cloud technologies.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to gather, refine, and document new requirements
- Work with existing applications and documentation to support ongoing feature development
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for production-related questions
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with 3-5 client stakeholders and ~15 team members
- Track decisions made by the customer to ensure clarity and alignment
- Document newly implemented functionality and present requirements and solution concepts
- Assist in troubleshooting cross-application issues
- Participate in occasional late calls (1–2 times per month)
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in IT, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst
- Technical background (education or previous experience) or strong motivation to learn
- Ability to quickly switch focus and manage several parallel discussions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent self-organization and attention to detail
- English level: B2 or higher
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and customer stakeholders
