Project Description
The client team is launching an initiative to design and develop a new feedback and lost-and-found management system. Currently, transport agencies handle lost item tracking via inconsistent processes, such as Excel sheets or paper logs. The new application will allow users to log lost items and request assistance in locating them through a centralized digital platform.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements;
- Conduct gap analysis and revise/validate existing requirements;
- Create and maintain structured documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma;
- Address UX/UI challenges, improve existing experiences, and ensure accessibility compliance;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and reusable component libraries;
- Ensure alignment with development teams through collaboration and implementation support;
- Present and communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Maintain clear documentation and support effective knowledge transfer across teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile cross-functional teams;
- Proven experience collaborating directly with product owners and technical teams;
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - English level from B2;
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Expertise in translating requirements into actionable user stories and design assets;
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation;
- Strong design skills using Figma for prototyping and design system management;
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards;
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS and Angular) to support effective developer collaboration;
- Experience in conducting usability testing and applying user research insights.
