We’re looking for a Employer Branding Specialist based in Poland to support both external employer branding (mostly) and internal employee engagement initiatives. This person will be responsible for increasing Coherent Solutions’ brand visibility among tech professionals, strengthening our local digital presence, and improving internal communications in the Polish location. The ideal candidate will have a marketing, communications, or employer branding background, preferably with experience in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running local promotional campaigns for jobs, programming schools, and events.
- Managing local channels: IT communities, local platforms.
- Run social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) tailored to the Polish market.
- Organize events for employer brand visibility.
- Building relationships with Polish universities, job boards, and IT hubs.
- Supporting internal communications: surveys, newsletters.
- Promoting corporate culture at the local level through campaigns and materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, employer branding.
- Experience working in a tech company or startup environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Experience with paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, job boards, or Google Ads).
- Exceptional communication skills in English (B2+) and Polish (B1+). Russian skills - definite plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland (and potentially other Coherent Solutions locations in Europe) to support employer branding events, team engagement initiatives, or university collaborations.
- Hands-on experience in event organization and/or community management.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially with tech communities.
