Project Description
You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and scaling the data processing pipeline, as well as handling data ingestion and inferencing. Working closely with architects and team members, you will define technical direction and apply your expertise in Go, Python, and Kafka to develop highly scalable systems.

What You'll Do
- Define and implement the Go-based data processing pipeline, including ingestion and inferencing;
- Design and operate highly available, multi-tenant backend services;
- Build, test, and deploy scalable features from development to production;
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to establish technical direction;
- Ensure secure, efficient, and robust cloud-based services;
- Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;
- Mentor teammates and collaborate with stakeholders to convey complex technical concepts;
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience;
- 5+ years of experience with Go development;
- 5+ years of experience designing and operating highly available multi-tenant services;
- 2+ years of experience building data processing pipelines;
- Strong knowledge of databases in the context of highly scalable web services, preferably PostgreSQL;
- Experience with Python and Kafka (or similar platforms);
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.);
- Experience with Linux, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes;
- Familiarity with best practices for securing cloud-based services;
- Proficiency in English (from B1) to effectively communicate and collaborate with global stakeholders;
