We're an international IT company looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Manager who truly cares about people and culture. If you enjoy working with talented engineers, building meaningful employee experiences, and shaping modern HR practices, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with leaders to solve people challenges and support business growth;
  • Be the advisor for managers on engagement, retention, and team development;
  • Drive company culture, employee engagement initiatives, social projects, and internal events;
  • Participate in employer branding activities, branded merchandise, events and internal communications. Mentor and support an Employee Brand Specialist;
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and one-to-ones to retention initiatives and exit interviews;
  • Proactively identify employee risks and turn insights into action;
  • Manage and improve employee benefits, keeping them competitive and relevant;
  • Take care of HR operations, including insurance, English courses, vacations, sick leave, and loyalty programs;
  • Ensure policies and guidelines are clear, practical, and employee-friendly;
  • Work with HR analytics, budgets, and reports;
  • Join global HR projects and bring best practices back to the team;

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of HRBP / HR Manager experience in an IT company;
  • Leadership or mentorship experience is an advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and trends; interest in AI and its practical application in HR;
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and people-related challenges;
  • Expertise across HR disciplines, including employee lifecycle management, engagement, retention, analytics (surveys, heatmaps), benefits, leadership development, and succession planning;
  • Ability to align HR strategy with the current business and environmental situation;
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic initiatives;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level;
