Project Description
The project focuses on developing and maintaining an enterprise integration layer that connects the client’s operational platforms, cloud services, and corporate applications across a complex business environment. The specialist will help enable secure, reliable, and scalable communication between in-house and SaaS systems, supporting the automation and consistent flow of business data across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Build, test, deploy, and support integrations across enterprise systems, including ERP, HRIS, FinOps, ITSM, and in-house operational platforms;
- Design and implement scalable and secure data flows using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, ETL pipelines, and middleware platforms;
- Establish integration standards, reusable patterns, and governance practices to reduce point-to-point integrations and technical debt;
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, cloud, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions;
- Develop automation scripts and pipelines using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to streamline data transfers, system events, and operational workflows;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, testable, and auditable integration deployments;
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for integration pipelines, troubleshoot data flow issues, and maintain technical documentation;
- Connect master data management and FinOps data flows with enterprise applications while supporting data accuracy, latency, and governance requirements;
- Support routine administration of enterprise systems, including user access updates and maintenance of system records;
- Contribute to preparing enterprise data for future AI/ML use cases;
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise integration engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical role, with progressively increasing scope;
- 2+ years of experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms, such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, UiPath, or Workato; MuleSoft experience is preferred;
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations across heterogeneous enterprise systems;
- Experience integrating ERP, HRIS, ITSM, and/or FinOps platforms in a multi-cloud environment;
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash;
- Working knowledge of ETL patterns, event-driven architectures, and message queue systems;
- Strong understanding of data security, access control, and zero-trust integration principles;
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete and well-documented technical designs;
- Experience collaborating across engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholder groups;
Nice To Have
- Experience working in data center, critical facilities, or industrial/OT environments, or the ability to rapidly learn domain-specific operational systems;
- Hands-on experience with FinOps tooling, such as Apptio or Azure Cost Management, and cost data pipelines;
- Experience administering enterprise back-office business systems, such as NetSuite, Coupa, Rippling, BlackLine, or Ironclad;
- Experience integrating Rippling, ADP, or comparable HRIS platforms with downstream financial and operational systems;
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms and their integration capabilities;
- Experience using AI-powered agentic coding tools and IaC technologies, such as Terraform or Bicep;
- Exposure to AI/ML pipeline architectures and data preparation workflows for intelligent operations;
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices at scale;
