Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes - sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles;
Networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals;
Building a strong tech talent pipeline and working to hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions;
Cooperating with business managers to understand position requirements and preparing respective job ads;
Working with employment agencies and career offices of technical universities to build candidates and trainees pipelines;
Preparing for and participating in external job fairs and marketing events;
Supporting HR Managers and HR peers in other HR areas, as per needs;
We expect you:
Have a degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field;
Have a proven work experience as an IT Recruiter;
Have hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, structured);
Can demonstrate technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
Are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
Are fluent in English (at least Upper Intermediate);
Are able to speak Polish (at least Intermediate);
