Project Description
The project focuses on the development of a modern cloud-based product to replace an existing legacy solution for public transportation management. It supports vehicle and operator scheduling, route planning, blocking, run cutting, and rostering. The system is built to accommodate changing service rules, ridership patterns, and operational complexity.

What You'll Do
- Write, maintain, and improve automated test cases
- Perform code reviews and maintain testing standards across the team
- Support and enhance existing test automation codebase
- Collaborate with QA engineers to accelerate product delivery through testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Contribute to the shared domain knowledge, engineering practices, and QA tools usage
- Mentor and coach team members on automation best practices and technical approaches
- Communicate directly with the client (via email and phone)
- Maintain a high level of quality, detail orientation, and professionalism
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing
- Proven experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Azure Cloud Services, and SQL Server
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API test automation
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
- Skilled in using tools such as Playwright, JMeter, Postman, and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to guide and mentor other team members
- Detail-oriented with a passion for software quality and continuous improvement
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
