We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, tracking marketing performance, and providing actionable insights to enhance our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IT consulting and software development industry;
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI to inform marketing strategies;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics;
  • Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and consumer behavior;
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies;
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for marketing expenditures;
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly;

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in a marketing analysis or similar role;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Tableau);
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights;
  • Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written);
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics is desirable;
