Project Description

The project is a cutting-edge Conversational AI initiative designed to revolutionize customer interaction analysis using advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and AI-driven analytics. What You'll Do

• Apply theoretical NLP and LLM knowledge to design advanced language understanding components;

• Design and develop robust, scalable AI pipelines for conversational analytics;

• Optimize ML models and inference pipelines for performance and cost-efficiency;

• Integrate state-of-the-art LLM architectures (BERT, T5, GPT) and methodologies (prompt engineering, embeddings, few-/zero-shot learning);

• Deploy and manage AI components using Docker and Azure services;

• Maintain and monitor deployed AI systems for performance, latency, and explainability;

• Collaborate on architecture, participate in code reviews, and contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ML/NLP development;

• Solid theoretical foundation in NLP;

• Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in building production NLP/ML pipelines;

• Experience with cloud-based ML systems (preferably Azure);

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and version control (Azure DevOps);

• Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous messaging (Azure Service Bus);

• English level: B2 or higher;
