What You'll Do

• You will act as the point of contact to expatriates in legalization and working visas aspects of relocation;
• Advising and informing HR colleagues, line management and employees regarding international legislation matters, processes and policies;
• Coordinate all types of international moves within Coherent Solutions;
• Communication with Coherent Solutions vendors regarding visas and legalization issues;
• Administration of statistics on the legalization status of employees, filling in information in the company's internal systems;
• Optimizing internal processes, programs and policies and embedding a standardized one way of working;

Job Requirements

• Previous experience with legalization of foreigners in Poland, ideally 1-3 years;
• Understanding of polish legislation law and immigration issues;
• Basic awareness of Polish tax legislation (income tax, ZUS);
• Russian is mandatory;
• Level of English, Polish – from Intermediate (spoken/written);
• High level of MS Office (Excel is a must);
• Ability to execute multiple tasks and navigate in a very complex environment;
• Eager to learn and proactive mentality as well as a customer focused orientation;
