As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about building strong partnerships, selling innovative technology solutions, and have a proven track record in selling Custom software development and consulting services, then we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our custom software development services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our solutions to meet customer specific challenges. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the software development landscape and agile processes.

What You'll Do

  • Business Development – Identify new prospects who can benefit from end-to-end custom software engineering and consulting services, driving meetings to clarify client needs and close new logos. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients;
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning our custom software development services as solutions to their challenges;
  • Solution Presentation – Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients through presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client;
  • Negotiation and Closing – Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business. Demonstrate and communicate progress towards achieving sales targets and contribution to the overall growth of the company;
  • Market Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the digital engineering space. Provide insights to marketing teams to enhance our services and stay ahead in the market;
  • Collaboration with Technical and Delivery Teams – Collaborate with technical teams to present capabilities, define scope, and estimate solutions for the client. Partner with delivery to ensure appropriate pricing and delivery approach;
  • Sales Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance;
  • Market Awareness – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the custom software development space. Provide insights to enhance our services and stay ahead in the market;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
  • Proven experience in selling custom software development and consulting services;
  • Strong understanding of custom software development process and methodologies;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment;
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
