Project Description
The project focuses on building and evolving Salesforce-based enterprise solutions that support core Sales and Service workflows. You will act as a technical anchor within delivery teams, owning complex implementations and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern Salesforce capabilities.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and security standards
- Coordinate technical work with offshore Salesforce developers
- Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production stability
- Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Integration teams
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce security model
- Experience building and consuming REST / SOAP integrations
- Understanding of asynchronous and event-driven patterns
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
- English level: B1+ (Intermediate) or higher
