Responsibilities:
- Focus on employee onboarding, adaptation, and retention;
- Support retention and exit process;
- Work on increasing employee satisfaction;
- To broadcast the values and objectives of the company;
- Implement HR metrics and analyze them, propose solutions based on collected data;
- Provide partnership with managers on people management matters;
- Labour market monitoring;
- Create cool HR brand together with Marketing department;
- Assist with the main activities within the HR department;
- Corporate events and team buildings (training, sports, entertainment, etc.);
Who are we looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as HR or People Partner in the IT industry;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Knowledge of Russian language;
- Understanding of business processes used in IT companies;
- High level of self-organization and time management skills;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Multitasking;
- Being a proactive and result-oriented person;
- Creativity;
- Confident in stepping forward to confront difficult issues;
