Project Description

The project focuses on designing and delivering an intelligent voice-interaction system. The solution bridges the gap between digital lead generation and human sales engagement by enabling natural, AI-driven phone conversations with potential clients. The assistant will answer inquiries, schedule appointments automatically, and integrate seamlessly into a well-established SaaS platform for roofing contractors that automates quoting, lead management, and sales operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical leadership during the Discovery and Design phases;
  • Define target architecture, integration flows, and deployment approaches;
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to translate requirements into technical deliverables;
  • Support AI component selection (LLM, speech recognition, etc.) and prototype design;
  • Ensure architectural alignment with the existing platform;
  • Oversee technical quality during Development and UAT phases;
  • Advise on infrastructure, scalability, and cost optimization best practices;

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design;
  • Solid experience with AWS-based microservices, API integrations, and serverless frameworks;
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM integrations, telephony systems, and communication APIs (Twilio preferred);
  • Proficiency with Python ecosystem;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support pre-sales and client workshops;
  • Level of English - from B2 (spoken/written);
