The customer is a fitness club chain with more than 5,000 gyms in more than 35 countries. The client operates between health plans and gyms to process reimbursements for members whose health plans subsidize their gym memberships.
Project Description
The project is focused on supporting and enhancing the websites of several Studio Brands. These websites are built using WordPress and Webflow, with the current objective being the migration of both domestic (US) and international sites to a new Webflow architecture. The project involves frequent releases to production, following a Scrum process to ensure agility and responsiveness. The team manages numerous integrations with fitness and consumer data platforms like MarianaTek and Segment to ensure seamless user experiences. The team is composed of dedicated developers for each studio brand, while roles such as product owner, business analyst, quality assurance, UX, DevOps, and Scrum Master are shared across all teams. Collaboration is a key aspect of the workflow, with daily meetings and discussions to ensure proactive communication and alignment on ongoing tasks. This structure enables the team to tackle complex challenges efficiently and deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do
- Selection of the best possible approach to migrating web sites to Webflow;
- Close work with other team members on development and issues resolution;
- Participation in Scrum ceremonies;
- Daily communication with customers via video using Zoom;
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Web development (with a headless CMS or similar);
- 2+ years of Webflow experience;
- Understanding of REST API;
- Experience working with React and TypeScript will be a plus;
- Experience working with SQL will be a plus;
- Experience wiring up external systems with Webflow;
- Ability to jump in on a production incident during off hours (paid separately);
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written);
