When a company hits the 30-year mark, it has two choices: rest on its legacy or double down on the value it creates. Coherent Solutions is choosing to raise the bar by entering a new growth phase.
We're glad to announce two new executive appointments aimed at deepening client value and sharpening our digital value creation strategy.
Tom Stallings joins as Chief Revenue Officer. He'll lead global business development and delivery management to meet our clients' rising demands for an exceptional technology partner. Tom brings decades of experience running go-to-market operations at companies like HTEC Group and Thoughtworks.
Shawn Torkelson comes in as Chief Marketing Officer, taking charge of Coherent's brand refresh, positioning, and demand engine. He'll ensure the company's growth story reaches the right clients and partners globally. Shawn has led high-impact marketing functions at KPMG and HTEC Group.
What changes from here
Our current partners and prospective clients will see faster execution, sharper messaging, and stronger delivery oversight across the board, and can expect the following:
- More focus. The new leadership brings a clear, grounded approach to strategy and execution.
- Tighter alignment. Sales, delivery, and marketing are consistently pulling in the same direction, with a single and cohesive voice.
- Bigger ideas for digital value creation. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on building what delivers impact to our clients.
Our new team members, as well as the expertise they bring to the table, are a spark for what's next. Their fresh perspectives will shape how Coherent Solutions approaches technology and customer engagement, both internally and externally. Meanwhile, the focus remains steady: build no-hype solutions that matter and trustworthy, long-lasting partnerships.
