Project Description
The project consists of multiple development teams working on new functionality in all areas of the application. BA team works on requirements for all the teams covering the whole application, with the dependencies existing.

What You'll Do
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders;
- Work with product and architecture documentation as sources of initial requirements;
- Review and validate solution completeness and perform gap analysis;
- Collaborate closely with product managers, SMEs, architects, and development teams (front-end and back-end);
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, diagrams, and other specifications;
- Support and guide development and QA teams by creating documentation tailored to their needs;
- Participate in and contribute to discussions on microservices architecture, REST/SOAP and other integrations, and related technical approaches;
- Adapt to changing priorities, environments, and project scopes while maintaining clarity and quality of requirements;
- Effectively work with upstream and downstream dependencies, perform impact analysis;
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Identify issues early, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex or enterprise environments;
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies;
- Experience in modeling techniques such as state machines, sequence diagrams, data flows, integrations, and system interactions;
- Experience working with software architecture concepts, especially microservices and API-driven ecosystems;
- Solid knowledge of REST integration patterns;
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, process automation, and/or AI-driven solutions;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
- Knowledge of English from Upper-Intermediate and higher;
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively in a changing environment;
