Project Description

As part of the DevOps Services team, you will be embedded within one or more software engineering teams to deliver operational excellence and infrastructure reliability. You will manage both cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure services are healthy, monitored, automated, and scalable. The role encompasses tasks from server provisioning and system troubleshooting to application deployment and cross-functional communication. What You'll Do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and networks for production infrastructure with a focus on automation;
• Collaborate with developers to resolve operations-related issues and provide technical support;
• Develop tools to monitor infrastructure and custom applications;
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the stack;
• Build, monitor, and optimize production systems;
• Document infrastructure design and operational procedures;
• Participate in on-call pager duty rotations;
