Project Description

The project is a greenfield platform, aimed at revolutionizing TV advertising by shifting the focus from visuals to emotionally engaging, sound-driven content. What You'll Do

• Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to gather, define, and document clear business and functional requirements
• Translate high-level product ideas into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain structured documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and wireframes using tools like Figma and Lucidchart
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews by ensuring all stories are well-defined and estimated
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, clarifying goals, resolving blockers, and ensuring delivery aligns with business expectations
• Support QA and Dev teams during feature implementation, helping validate outputs against original requirements
• Stay proactive in identifying gaps, risks, or opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize the user journey

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech, media, or AI-driven environments
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven ability to write clear, concise documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams)
• Solid understanding of web platforms and backend/frontend integration concepts
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business vision into actionable tech requirements
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher (written and spoken)
