Project Description

The project focuses on ensuring the product meets functional, performance, and security standards before releases. The role combines manual QA and test automation support, with strong involvement in improving QA processes, documentation, and collaboration with the client team. At the initial stage, the main focus will be understanding application functionality and creating manual test cases in Zephyr based on existing automated tests. You will also help improve QA practices and gradually increase process maturity on the client side.

What You'll Do

  • Create manual test cases in Zephyr based on existing automated tests
  • Read and understand C# code and automated tests
  • Support test automation by reviewing failures and updating tests when needed
  • Perform manual functional testing
  • Suggest improvements to test cases, QA processes, and tools
  • Help update and implement test strategy and test plans
  • Train client team members on QA best practices
  • Communicate proposed improvements and demonstrate their value
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Be ready to shift working hours for better overlap with Oregon

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA
  • Basic knowledge of C# and Automated QA
  • Understanding of Selenium WebDriver
  • Proven experience in QA process improvement and tool selection
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and QA integration into DevOps pipelines
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to combine manual QA with automation support tasks
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
