Cloud architecture & migration services

Our cloud engineers can help you migrate complex applications to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud using architectures designed to reduce operating overhead and improve reliability.

Cloud migration challenges we help you solve

1 Cloud migration without an outage window

Cutovers that users don't notice

Data replication, parallel environments, and staged traffic shifts let a cloud migration complete while the application remains available to users.

2 Cloud architectures built for your budget

No surprise bills

Our cloud architecture design services model compute, storage, and egress costs against expected load, so the first invoice confirms the plan.

3 Lift the operational load off your team

Managed services doing the undifferentiated work

Databases, queues, and container orchestration can be moved to managed offerings, reducing production cloud costs.

4 Reliability as part of the cloud architecture

Availability zones doing their job

Multi-zone deployment, automated failover, and tested recovery procedures are part of the target design, not a follow-up project.

How we approach cloud migration

Migration paths chosen per workload Migration paths chosen per workload

Each application is assessed to determine whether to rehost, replatform, or refactor; the right answer varies across portfolios.

Autonomy with boundaries Security and compliance in the foundation

Landing zones, identity, network segmentation, and encryption are established before the first workload moves, with GDPR and HIPAA requirements built into the baseline.

Infrastructure-as-Code Infrastructure-as-Code

We can build environments that are reproducible from version-controlled templates, making drift visible and new environments a matter of minutes.

Cloud migration consulting that hands over knowledge Cloud migrations that transfer knowledge

Runbooks, architecture records, and training accompany each delivery, leaving your team able to operate and extend what was built.

The practices behind the outcomes

Cloud Readiness Assessment

Inventory your applications, dependencies, and data to produce a sequenced cloud migration plan with cost estimates.

Target Cloud Architecture Design

Design your compute, storage, networking, and identity resources to meet the workload's performance, security, and budget requirements.

Cloud Application Migration

Workloads can be migrated using replication, validation, and a staged cutover across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Landing Zone & Infrastructure-as-Code

Provision your accounts, networks, and guardrails through native templates.

Containerization & Kubernetes

Package and orchestrate your applications for portability and efficient resource use.

Cost Optimization & FinOps

Right-sizing, reserved capacity, and spend visibility can be configured to keep costs aligned with usage.

Questions

Start with workloads that are low-risk, well-understood, and have few dependencies, which builds operational experience before tackling systems where mistakes are expensive. Migrating the most critical system first is how cloud migration efforts often lose internal support.

Set up identity, network segmentation, encryption, and logging in the landing zone before any workload moves, so every application inherits them on arrival. During migration itself, encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit access to the migration tooling, and validate that permissions in the target match what was intended rather than what was convenient. The most common gap is a temporary access rule or open storage bucket created to make the migration easier and never removed afterward.

Single-provider is simpler and cheaper, and it lets teams use native services fully. Multi-cloud makes sense for specific regulatory or resilience requirements, but the portability it promises usually costs more than it returns.

Compare performance, cost, incident rates, and deployment frequency against the pre-migration baseline. A migration that runs but costs more and deploys slower hasn't delivered.

Define infrastructure as code, deploy only through pipelines, and alert on manual changes. Hand-edited environments diverge within weeks and become impossible to reproduce.

Deploy changes, respond to incidents, manage costs, and extend the architecture, all from documentation and runbooks that were tested during handover. If any of those require calling the partner, the handover isn't complete.
